Our Policies

• We require an estimate be done (by us preferably) on ALL work before we begin the process of repairs or otherwise modifying your vehicle or watercraft.
• Any work undertaken using the estimates of another shop will be done with a REDUCED or NO warranty, we cannot take responsibility if your vehicle does not get fixed based on the estimate you make or someone else makes. If we do not trust what we see, we will let you know, but if you choose to have us do work that we suggest will not alleviate a problem, that is going to be on you.
• We will always be clear and upfront about our estimate prices, and we will never change labor or parts estimates after they have been made, unless something comes up that changes the nature of the work significantly.
• We require payment for parts before they are ordered, this is standard and we will not order your parts before we receive payment in full for the items being ordered.​
